Synergy Engineering Solution is a reputed manufacturer, stockist, and exporter of UNS N04400 Monel 400 Plate Flanges, serving clients across Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Spain, Germany, the USA, Canada, and many regions in Africa and worldwide. Their commitment to quality ensures that Monel 400 flanges meet strict international standards and perform reliably under challenging service conditions.
Monel 400 is a nickel-copper alloy (about 63% Ni and 28-34% Cu) with small amounts of iron, manganese, and silicon, and trace impurities. It is a single-phase, solid solution alloy that cannot be hardened by heat treatment, but may gain strength by cold working.
This alloy is highly valued for its excellent corrosion resistance in seawater, brackish water, and many chemical environments. Monel 400 is particularly resistant to chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking in many environments, and it performs well against reducing media and in non-oxidizing acids. Its resistance in oxidizing acids (e.g. nitric acid) is limited. These corrosion resistance features make Monel 400 Plate Flanges a good choice in marine, chemical, petrochemical, and heat exchanger applications.
Mechanically, Monel 400 plate in an annealed state typically has a tensile strength of ~ 482–586 MPa, yield strength (0.2% offset) ~ 193–345 MPa, and elongation in the range ~ 35–50%, depending on thickness and processing. The hardness in the annealed condition is about Rockwell B 60–76 (or similar) At lower (subzero) temperatures, Monel 400 retains good toughness; it does not show a ductile-to-brittle transition, making it useful in cryogenic service.
Synergy Engineering Solution ensures that each Monel 400 Plate Flange supplied is produced under stringent quality control, with full documentation including Mill Test Certificates (MTCs), third-party inspection reports, and compliance with relevant ASTM / ASME specifications (e.g. ASTM B127, B164, B564, SB127, SB164, SB564). Their global logistics capability supports timely export to their target markets—Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Spain, Germany, USA, Canada, Africa, and beyond.
UNS N04400 Monel 400 Plate Flanges from Synergy Engineering offer a robust combination of corrosion resistance, mechanical reliability, and manufacturability suited to marine and chemical service. Their global presence and adherence to specification make them a trusted supplier for demanding applications.

Yes, custom dimensions, drilling, and face finishes are available as per client and project requirements.
We export worldwide, including Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Spain, Germany, USA, Canada, and multiple African regions.
In order to alter the physical and mechanical characteristics of metal without altering its original shape and size, we offer a variety of heat treatment services, including hydrogen heat treatment, HIC testing, blasting and painting, cutting, arc welding, epoxy cutting, PMI testing, hydro testing, NACE testing, and SSC testing. Although heat treatment is frequently linked to a metal's increased strength, it can also be used to change specific manufacturability goals, such enhancing machinability, formability, ductility, etc. The metal and heavy manufacturing sectors use our services. Customers have expressed great pleasure with our services' precision, efficacy, cost, and prompt delivery.
