UNS N07718, commonly known as Inconel® 718 (or Alloy 718), is a precipitation-hardening nickel-chromium alloy prized for its exceptional strength, good corrosion resistance, and stability at elevated temperatures. When fashioned into socket weld SWRF (spigot weld / raised face) flanges, Inconel 718 allows engineers to combine a compact, leak-resilient joint with superior materials performance — particularly in high-temperature, high-pressure, or cyclic loading environments. The socket weld design reduces local stress concentrations and is often preferred for smaller borelines or high-integrity systems.
At Synergy Engineering Solution, we manufacture, stock, and export Inconel 718 socket weld SWRF flanges with full process control. Starting from certified raw alloy 718 forgings or bar stock, we carry out forging, heat treatment, machining, and finishing under strict quality protocols. Each flange is traceable via mill test certificates (MTCs), and we support non-destructive testing (NDT) options such as UT, PT, or radiographic inspection as required by customers. The machining tolerances are tightly controlled to ensure the socket bore, spigot depth, and raised face geometry meet ASME/ANSI or customer-specific standards.
Maintaining an inventory of commonly used sizes and pressure classes (e.g. ANSI 150#, 300#, 600#, 900#, 1500#; or equivalent PN / metric classes), we are able to fulfill many orders with reduced lead times. For less common sizes or special dimensions, we accept customized orders. Because socket weld joints are sensitive to proper fit-up, we emphasize precision finishing of the bore and face, and ensure that surfaces are free of defects and ready for final welding on site.
As exporters, Synergy Engineering Solution handles all logistics, export documentation and packing to ensure your flanges arrive safely in your country. We currently serve major markets such as Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait in the Gulf; Spain and Germany in Europe; the USA and Canada in North America; and a variety of clients across Africa and other global regions. Our export packaging uses corrosion prevention wrap and sturdy wooden crates; all flanges are appropriately marked (grade, size, heat number, lot etc.) for easy identification.
If you need a formal datasheet, dimensional drawings, or a quotation, we’ll supply technical proposals tailored to your project’s requirements — whether it’s for a refinery in Saudi Arabia, an offshore installation in UAE, or a chemical facility in Germany or Africa. Just provide us your size, class, face type, quantity, and any required test/inspection demands, and we’ll supply a full compliance package including MTCs, test reports, lead times, and shipping terms.
If you need detailed datasheets, dimensional drawings, mill test certificates, or a quote for specific sizes and pressure classes, Synergy Engineering Solution can prepare a fast technical proposal and stock check. Tell us your required size, class, face type and quantity and we’ll provide material certificates, lead time and packed shipment options to your location — whether that’s a refinery in Saudi Arabia, an offshore platform in Qatar, a chemical plant in Germany, or a project anywhere else in the world.

In order to alter the physical and mechanical characteristics of metal without altering its original shape and size, we offer a variety of heat treatment services, including hydrogen heat treatment, HIC testing, blasting and painting, cutting, arc welding, epoxy cutting, PMI testing, hydro testing, NACE testing, and SSC testing. Although heat treatment is frequently linked to a metal's increased strength, it can also be used to change specific manufacturability goals, such enhancing machinability, formability, ductility, etc. The metal and heavy manufacturing sectors use our services. Customers have expressed great pleasure with our services' precision, efficacy, cost, and prompt delivery.
